    After logging into BBM with my newly created BBID, the white screen just says
    setting up BBM" and the circle keeps turning. This has gone on for hours. I have reinstalled the app, battery pull, force stop and restart the app, everything I can think of.
    This is concerning my Note2. Any ideas?

    If you got this one installed from Google Play store itself, then probably check with your internet connection on the device is it working properly or not. Hope you are sure you downloaded it directly from Google Play Store and not some APK. Still if problem persists, please check this link and follow instructions - Link Please give it a try and revert back.

    This is a known issue. Fix was discovered by users yesterday. It unfortunately has not been widely circulated.

    To fix - force stop. Clear cache. Log in to BBID: https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/

    CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. You need to use letters and numbers and either a symbol or an uppercase letter as well as lowercase letters. I had this issue with 2 friends who used dates - All Numbers. BBID will allow you to do this but BBM will not - hence why it never sets up.

    I am trying to set up BBMe and after the "You don't have permission ...BS", it does not give me an option to purchase. See photo below:

    Any ideas?
