In fact, you can send stickers in group chat. Where you can't is BBM groups.

Group chat should have all the features as a normal chat.

It really doesn't make any sense as to why it's not there.

You can in multiperson chat but not in groups, let's make pledge to BBM to include this feature in the next update as long as sharing videos in groups
