Sometimes when I am in a chat/group chat/multi chat the sticker tab opens empty and it take some seconds until all the stickers load.

It looks like this when I open it:





Anyone else has this problem after the last update?

Yeah bbm update sucks nothing we can do, beside waiting for them fixing in the next update

I have the same issue after updating to new BBM. I have done 3 times wipe OS BB10, but the lag is still there. I think the lag happen because if you look at the extreme right of the stickers row list, you will notice BBM Shop logo. So each time you try to send sticker, BBM will check on the BBM Shop.

Ok, now I am pissed.

There was a BBM update today and guess what. It does not fix this issue. They are so glad, that I am a devoted fanboy of BlackBerry and don't use anything else but BBM, because if I would not be that person, I would throw that ******* app into the garbage !

What is this ? They want to stay alive and make money out of this pretty much non existing app in the consumer field, and they stuff this **** app full with ads and microtransactions and than IT'S NOT EVEN WORKING ?!?!?!

AAAAH BlackBerry, it's sooo hard to love you anymore these days !!! You're very lucky that you put the Passport SE on the market. It's really the only reason I still love you !

Get your **** together or I will buy that Lumia 950 ! Well, I won't, because the Passport SE is to good, but still, I might concider it !

New update! Yaaay...still loading lag. But it got better. We're getting there...I'll be patient!


Edit: well, here is the edit. It's still loading waaay too long. So nothing changed for me. That's frustrating. Let's hope for the next patch!

I lost some of my stickers after the update. A little sad, but not angry, because I got them for free (promos) but now I need to pay for them.

Any news here ? I tried to disable a lot of my stickers, but it's always the same. Every now and than (still way to often) the stickers and smileys need a long time to load, as shown above.

As mastergunawan mentioned above it may have something to do with the new Promo stickers that will link you to the store. I noticed that sometime the store also needs very long to load.

Is there a way to "refresh" BBM ?

Am I really the only one with this problem or is nobody using BBM anymore? I don't think it's because of the ridiculous amount of sticker packs I got, it must be the promoted sticker packs on the far right. If so, this bug should effect more people.

Wipe the phone doesn't help.

Deactivate all sticker packs doesn't help.

2G/3G/4G/WiFi doesn't make a difference.

I noticed that the CPU usage for the BBM task goes up the a steady 20-30% while the sticker load.
