Hello people

Who else having problems or features missing with the new bbm update ?

I don't , I updated my BBM and the ping vibrates , bbm channels available and I can change the theme color from BBM settings
(Z10)

but on some devices , theme feature is missing.. and some have the theme feature but device won't vibrate on ping ... etc

I've reported an issue but can't find a fix...This is what I get when I try to access Channels. BBM itself works fine

I have a problem! I dont have a bbm app on my 9900 phone anymore after the update, the update totally wiped it off my phone. Lots of bad reviews (one star).

I Need help, batt pull and tried to reload but no option in bbworld.
No bbm! I can start to feel the panic setting

update if anyone else has similar issues with no bbm icon
1. Open browser type in http://url.prohp.net/bjdds
2. Download v7 and hard restart.
3. Bbm icon should show up again.
4. Log in and restore you data.
5. Conversations are gone
6. Went to bb email that notified me to update and reinstalled v8
7. Restarted and looks good. Lost conversations cause in options the save chat history was set to never.

Official AT&T 10.1 OS on Q10. Theme changed to white only, and Groups no longer produce sound nor LED notifications.

Z30 with 10.2.1.1055
Was on Channels beta before I upgraded right after the official version got released.
Issues I'm facing:

• BBM laggy when entering an existing chat that had some (not many) messages contained already. This was NOT the case with the beta.
• Vibrates but doesn't ring when receiveing a message in a multi-person chat.
• Can't leave a channel that I'm subscribed to! Getting error message that leaving the channel is not possible, and to try again later. But it doesn't work later either. All channels affected, not a specific one only.
• Does not show all updates to subscribed channels in updates. Yes, the option in settings is on.

Vibrate on ping will be back in 10.2.1 and about the theme issue, I'm pretty sure all the people with only white theme are running 10.1

It automatically changes my status to advertising BBM without my knowledge until I checked out my updates. No problems with themes or lag from it. Channels load just fine. Am on official OS 10.2

some people on 10.2.1 with latest official bbm update , don't have the vibrate on ping feature

but I do , and I'm using Z10 latest official bbm update , os 10.2.1.1055

Probably cause the latest BBM is meant for people running official OS, when 10.2.1 is out BBM will get updated.
