I've noticed that on my device and many other devices that even when the function to show what I'm listening to is on, it doesn't do that. Is there a solution to this problem?

It only works within BBM. It will show as your current status.

The other party has to have the setting for "Show what others are listening to" set to on. Also, what is your source? if I use a music streaming app, nothing shows to BBM contacts, but if I use the browser or the media apps it shows, no problem.

Also shows in Updates, if you have that setting allowed.

Thanks for the replies, but maybe I should be more specific. When music is played from the native music player, BBM is opened, the "Show what I'm listening to" setting is toggled to on and the other parties have "show what others are listening to" toggled to on, it still does not show, for them or as my current status. Any ideas?
