    Great, can't even install the app. It keeps giving errors during the install.
    It's definitely not related to my connection. I guess the BBM servers are overloaded, despite them doing a 'managed rollout'.

    A quick google search reveals that lots of others have these issues as well.

    I had this same issue. I turned off wifi and 4G then rebooted my router and reconnected. Now I'm waiting for them to send me another email so I can use the service.

    I'm in Asia (Korea), seems most of you are in Asia as well (I see India, Indonesia and Singapore) in the replies. Could it be related to Asia or is this a world wide issue?

    yeah I have a SIM. I tried on the mobile network, I tried on wifi, just keeps popping up the same error. Also tried to reboot, still no luck.

    Nexus 4 here btw.

    Using a S4 here. Reinstalled about 20 times. Turned data off/on, turned wifi off/on, rebooted phone and turned flight mode off/on and it still shows me Temporary Server Error with a big red exclamation mark!

    Please can ya'll crackberry abusers help a brother out?

    Don't remove and reinstall. Install, go through the process if error reboot then retry. Worked for me

    Because BBM biggest users are in those countries and also Africa.

    Probably blackberry server error (overloaded). So many demands

    did you guys manages to get this sorted out? if so, how? Mine was working fine, then in mid conversation just kicked out. tried removing & re installing, no luck. switched data off & on, rebooted & still nothing.
