Hi,

One of the features I love of BB10 is when an incoming call comes in and you can reply with a message either via text or BBM.

What I can't seem to get to work is when an iPhone user who I have on BBM calls I will try and use the reply feature. It doesn't connect the reply with their BBM? Any thoughts?

Is their BBM contact merged with their phone book contact in the Contacts app? The auto-merge is hit and miss, so the phone may be treating their BBM account as a separate person from their phone number.

Did you make sure their BlackBerry PIN is in your friends contact info? I mean not just in BBM but in contacts?
