In a state of manic depressive rage I intentionally and deliberately deleted ALL my bbm contacts on my Torch 9810. And now i regret it . Since bbm no longer supports backing up your contacts manually, how would I go about restoring my contacts?

I'm not going to bother questioning why in a rage you would delete all your BBM contacts...
However, as far as I know, once it's deleted, it's removed from the cloud. You would have to manually ask each person for the pin and add them back
From what I understand, BBM contacts are stored on the cloud, not in backups
