    can any body tell me how to activate(switch on ) the keyboard back light on my Q10.even if i obscure the ambient sensor the lights don't iluminate

    My Q10 went through a phase of the keyboard backlight not working.

    A hard reset (turn off the phone, take out the battery, wait a minute, put the battery back in, turn on the phone) cured it for me.

    If it. Still doesn't work and you are not on a leak. Get the phone replaced
