What OS are you running? If you're on 1055 or 1295 leak, the new BBM just won't work.
Have you done some findings on similar problems from other threads before creating a new one?

I am running an official 10.2.1.2102 after the bbm update messages won't send. Channels work and it opens fine. Anyone experiencing something similar..?

Load the latest OS and all should be well. .2141 is a winner.

Can't update the OS now and evern this month.....can a security wipe help on this....i am able to use even the old version of BBM

You need to sideload the 10.2 version of BBM. I saw few people posted the bar file in the forum, you should be able to find them.
I'm having this very problem currently it's been three days now, did you solve your issue?

I just wonder and wonder and wonder, Why don't people update to the latest official OS, for sure your OS had released the latest so why not update????
