    Hi there,

    I could not find anything with the search function, so I post here to get some help with my problem.

    My device is a Z10. My problem is when I try to leave a BBM group, for a very short time it shows following message:

    "BBM has lost it's connection. Please wait while server attempts to reconnect."

    After that, I still am in group. I don't receive any message notifications in this group. But it shows updates etc.

    I would really appreciate if anybody could help me with this issue.

    Try a power cycle reboot pressing the side volume buttons until the blue square comes up ... then try again after a few minutes.

    Groups are a disaster in xBBM. Completely malprogrammed.

    Thanks so far. Sadly the cycle reboot did not help. Maybe I'll just wait for some update or maybe someone else might have another idea
