Hi all, my girlfriend is using Samsung and we are both using BBM to chat. It, however, has not worked well recently. I can receive her BBM messages in my Z10 but when I respond, there were always the red "x" notification in stead of "D". Did any of u seen this before and how did you solve this?

You should both restart your phones and make sure your girlfriend has data on her Samsung and the BlackBerry icon in the notification is always there

I am also facing the same problem since last 4 days... Though I am able to communicate with bbm users on BB device, but not with android and iOS bbm users!
