    I can't call someone via bbm video and I can't receive bbm video, it's display a message everytime I call someone :

    [Please Help] BBM Video Error-img_00000832.png

    and same thing happened to the BBM Voice
    Please Help!

    I'm sorry, I didn't tell what is my phone and my os.
    I use Z10 STL100-1
    My OS is BlackBerry 10.1.0.4181

    Maybe a simple restart might fix it?

    Try deleting the contact and re adding them? Only if the issue is specific to that contact.
