    Last month I updated my bbm chat version 10.2.1 suddenly all my contacts list dissappear it's like brand new bbm recently installed.. I don't know if i do wrong or phone of mine broke...

    When you upgrade your BBM, all your open conversations are wiped and you have to log in with your BBID. No contacts should be lost if you log in with your BBID.
