Cannot observe any issues on O2 Germany. Just texted a friend working in Luxembourg and it appears as "D".

I still see them on mine. There should be a spot in settings that says something like show when messages are delivered and read. I'm sorry but I can't find the settings for that. I tried swiping down from BBM and it's not in those settings, also tried 3 dots and not there either. Sorry, wish I could help. Have you updated BBM in app world?
