Ok so I've gone through about 4 bbm updates, 3 OS updates, using 2 phones one which is running 10.3.1 and I'm still having an issue where if I initiate a bbm video chat i can see the person but can't hear them but they hear me. If they call me it works. So frustrating!
Bbm is my main tool for communication with friends and i don't see any fix.
Anyone? Help please!

I had this issue on a previous 10.3.1 leak and then it was fixed in another..
You haven't posted what software version you are running. Make sure both the OS and the bbm versions are the latest. If the problem persists consider reverting to an offical OS which will be a version of 10.2.1.
The 10.3.1 update should br official soon enough. At that point if there are any issue they will be addressable by the BB tech team.
Thanks! Alas on passport with official os and latest bbm and no luck. Could it be that the key person I contact uses a playbook and z10 so when I call it rings on both devices?
