I have a friend who downloaded BBM on her apple (Unfortunately she does not have a more superior BB10 phone, he, he, he!). Anytime someone sends her a message, she gets no notifications until she opens the app. Is there some setting she needs to change to get this working the right way? I have a Z10 and I am totally unfamiliar with how to work the settings on an apple.

She has to make sure she turns on notifications in the system settings of the iPhone.

Hey, I'm having a similar problem and started a thread about it.

What you posted doesn't help me. I have all those working on and enabled (just like all my other app that work and show notifications) yet BBM for me still doesn't show me. I have to open the app always.. and I tried everything.

Please help.
