    Am in BlackBerry Passport and after the latest update of 10.3.1 my voice & video call are not working. The sign of calling are showing but once pressed the bbm screen become black and no call. Pl assist.

    I assume you are on wifi. If not did you enable the over mobile network option.

    Same problem here.

    I have a Classic and my girlfriend just bought a brand new Q10. We wanted to use BBM video in order to ditch skype.

    We used WiFi. I can make it ring on her side but it never connects really, only once did she see me for a second. At the end all video calls are dropped because of connection problems.
