    On PlayBook? Is it an Internet provider or BBM server issue?
    I have never tried a PlayBook.

    You mean you have a Z10 and can't connect to Bbm?
    It should work. I have yet to try BBM video.

    All you have to do is choose the contract from BBM (Z10) and, if the person is connected to wifi or accepts video chats over a network connection (i.e., AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, etc.), you will will see a video camera icon next to their name. Just press that button and wait for the call to be connected.

    If it is on the PlayBook, choose the contact that has a BlackBerry and initiate a video call straight from the contacts on your PlayBook.

    I can try it with you, but later on. I will be on wifi once I get home in the evening (California time).

    Well, I just called myself through my PlayBook and seems to be working now. However my z10 to PlayBook is not working yet. I will keep trying.
