I have always usually avoided BBM mostly because I didn't know how to use it. I keep seeing people talking about it and using it and having fun and I'd like to join in on the fun too (meet people via BBM and make new friends). Any help in this regard is much appreciated. *bows* Thank you.

I see you have found one of the section for BBM. There are three different ways you can interact with other using BBM.

First, there is having one on one conversation with another individual. You can find other here (Discover BBM Friends 2014 - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com). You can post your pin or you can find others who have posted theirs.

The third way is through channels. These are like blog posts on a certain topic that also has a chat or comment feature. (Discover BBM Channels 2014 - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com).
