My BBM gets "reset" today when i open the app



Although all my contacts, groups and channel subscriptions get resync back... all chat history are gone!

How to restore chat history? I have many important chat i need to recover.

Unless you had turned on Save Chat History, then I do not believe there is a way to retrieve those BBM messages.

Yup save chat history was enabled. Before this weird phenomenon i can delete a chat, and when i reenter into the chat, the history reappear.

Now none of the old history exist. What a secured phone BB is!

Same thing happened to me on multiple occasions, most recently today!

I find it annoying as hell, and so far BlackBerry support was not able to helping me.

Also, I have the sneaking suspicion that after every "crash" BBM data remains orphaned on my device, which contributes to my inexplicably huge "other data" contingent (which can't be deleted short of a wipe).
