How did you "transfer" BBM... did you use LINK to Switch Devices - basically doing a backup on one and restoring the data to the other?
If all you did was logon to BBM in the new devcie, there will be no data there other than your profile info and contacts. For the messages you'll need to use LINK. Not sure about Channels....
