Getting tired of how unreliable bbm has become. I have a Z10 and a Q10. In the last hour I only get a red X every time I message a non BlackBerry contact from my Q10. I can still message other BlackBerry phones fine, but no cross platform. But it works from my Z.

This is painful, i spent a good deal of time deleting and reinstalling BBM old and new version with the same problem. I just about deleted this app when I saw this post.

Worst part is IOS and Andriod contacts send messages to me fine but I can't respond to them b/c of the Red X

This used to be the BB's most reliable app before this expansion outside of BB users. Shame

it's been three days now I can't use my bbm it sucks....none of my contacts can get my messages nor android ios even bbm... it's fkd up....any fix???

yeah me too.. only to 1 of my friends and it's from my Z30 to her Q10, so strange, her Q10 has no difficulties in sending BBMs to me but i can't reply back as it always comes as a red X!!!!

I'm on att and try on wifi only, carrier data and nothing still happening....have written to developer and to @bbm on twitter no response so far....4 days keep it strong BlackBerry...frustrating is an understatement....

I've got the same issue. Had to go back to WhatsApp. Can't even comunicate with my family properly. Really sucks. Worst part is no one is saying anything besides us here. Not even an official statement or temp fix. Very frustrating. Unreliable is a bad word for BBM to start getting associated with.

Still not resolved, Also on BB9900 so I don't believe the beta is even an option. The latest and older versions do not work
