I've got a Curve 9320 and non of my messages will send to iOS or android contacts, my messages either become a red cross or deliver but the other person doesn't receive them.
This happens with all my contacts on other platforms although they can successfully send me messages.

Any ideas anyone??

I have issues with my Z10 doing the same sometimes. Very annoying and I dont know of a fix. BB needs to look into the server end i think for a fix`

I have the same problem on my 9300, I called up my network service, they had realised other users had the same problem. Blackberry needs to fix up. I say no more.

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a Q10. I can receive message from BBM android or Iphone but I cannot reply (X cross). It works perfectly well from a BlackBerry device to a BlackBerry device.

One thing I found out was that many android users have an app that kills apps running in the background. I asked 2 of my kids I was having trouble sending them msgs. The older one goes oh ya I need to take bbm off that list and now it works good. No idea about ios. Also not sure that is all android problem either but it cured it for us. I know nothing about android or ios

So today I received an email from BBM support. It seems that I have the same BlackBerry ID on both devices and that is causing the problem. I had to create a new ID and then do a full backup and restore, to save all my data and contacts and all is now working again.
