    Was about to send a message on BBM using dtek 60. Had to sign into account. All chats were gone. Weird. Any ideas why

    Are you part of the BBM Beta by chance? Sometimes they send Beta updates that require you to sign back in for some reason.

    Well if you were at one point then likely you still are. There really isn't anywhere to give feedback about the BBM Beta or to request leaving it. I tried to leave and can't. It's actually frustrating.

    This happened to me today and I'm not in the beta either. To fix it in the BBM app I went to Me, Account, BBID and signed back in.

    Seems to be happening to lots of people. Unfortunately signing out isn't an option for people with BB10.

    after switching back to Android I lost all my contacts as well tried going back to see if they were still available on my bb10 device. and nope. nothing. so I guess now my pin only contacts are missing forward good.

    Today I discovered that I can't log into BBM anmore. I'm on a KEYone and went to try BBM Enterprise, and when I came back to BBM Consumer, can't login!
