How to remove sound of BBM groups notifications on Android and ios?

Hey, anyone know how to remove the sound of notifications of a BBM group using BBM for ios and android? For bb10 is super easy. Just have to go on notifications and you can choose which group you want to have sound or not. But, what about android and ios? My friends of these platforms are new on BBM and want to know how to do. You know, some people have to sleep with this phones turned on and notifications sounds during the night can be really annoying.

I would like to know too. My 2 kids have android phones and they hate the group thing if one of us answers then they are all dinging.
