    I converted my daughter in Spain from Whatsapp to BBM. I show up with my name (assuming from my BBID) but she just shows up as a cryptic BBM PIN. Is there a way for her to add her name to her profile? I don't see that setting on my Z10 but I don't have an iPhone to check against.

    Yeah. You see that blue bar where your name is displayed? Tell her to click on it, and it'll take her to where she can change her display name.

    Alternatively, you can open your chat with her and do the same thing with her displayed name.

    Thanks, not obvious that tapping the blue box would do anything...would have thought the swipe down and get settings would have been more consistent with other apps.
