1) Simply visit BlackBerry World - appworld.blackberry.com on your computer.
2) Log into your account using your BBID
3) Navigate to BBM in the webstore - https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...tent/22531423/ (on your computer)
4) Click "Download" and it will send the update to your phone! v10.3.3.68

A search in App World brought the update to me. Did not appear in My World.

Can confirm it worked through desktop.

I assume it's location based and hasn't rolled out in Canada. Since the file itself is updated from the same source, it pushes the new one out.

Make sure in the BlackBerry World website that you have the proper device selected. It's usually selects my playbook by default

The device selection is upper right section of the website

Argh it sort of semi worked! it sort of self-installed - I never got any message from blackberry, and if I go to BB world, it says im on the old version! But I can see new emoticons and gylmse!
