After this latest update in BBM for IOS, I have lost my menu functions button and for the life of me can't figure out how to create a new group?

Not a group chat using your existing contacts, but a new BBM group. Any help would be appreciated.

Flick on the calendar and list , it will create ' normal group

I don't have any menu or way to add a group or group chat. In my contacts screen, there is a singe person image at the top right with a plus sign to add a single contact, but no double image or menu to add a group or group chat.



In my chats menu, it shows all my group chats, but no menu functions as you can see on the bottom. I have the latest IOS BBM update.



Very frustrated at the moment, I have sent a complaint to the BBM support group, but as of today, still no reply.

1. open BBM 2. press Chats (bottom left icon) 3. press Groups on top 4. press icon start new chat on right top 5. press start group chat 6. select contacts wich you want to invite to a new group 7. swipe "use lists, events and themes" 8. press done.

I am having the same issue, Any solutions guys?

I figured it out, finally.

Go to the "Chats" area using the Chats button on the bottom of the BBM app.

Select the edit tab in the upper right corner. Then select "Start New Group Chat".

Select a contact from your BBM contact list and it will let new name the new Group chat.

The new group will be created and show up in your chat list and you can edit the group settings and add new members.
