    I recently upgraded my iPhone and transferred all my data to my new iPhone. My BBM enterprise APP is only transferring one weeks worth of chat history, although it is backed up in my iCloud. How do I retrieve the full chat history on my new iPhone? Since it BBM enterprise, there is no save chat history option.

    You can email each chat (one by one) to yourself for archival storage.
