[CrackBerry Question]

After going to Settings, then Notifications I find that the default setting is Silent (no sounds for notifications). If I click on Silent and then go into Customise App Notification then choose , say BBM or Text messages, I have turned on the sound and Vibrate, but how is this actually activated as it is still not working.
After choosing Customise App Notification, I notice the page heading says "Silent _ BBM Groups" . Surely there is a way to turn on these notifications ?
Please help a newbie to Classic? Thanks!

In the Notification Settings, Select the profile you need to customise, Customise APP Notification -> Choose the app and switch on the Sound and then Select Override Profile Volume !!!
