    Hi all,

    I dont know if I am just missing something so simple but using BBM (I am in Leak 1925 on my Q10 Sprint) but I have looked at the BlackBerry Videos and seems my BBM does not have the options for video chat or BBM calling!

    Any suggestions?

    When you are in a BBM chat, do you see a video icon top right in the contact name bar? If they have wifi on as do you, it will be green. Click that and make the call

    Nope it just shows the contact with his mug shot and Available.

    Is there an update?

    Is the contact using a BlackBerry 10 phone?

    You can use these functions for BlackBerry users. But not for iOS or Android just yet.
