    1. look for someone who has BBM Enterprise

    2. tell him to create a group, enter the contact you want to add to the group, and then ask him to leave the group

    3. congratulations, your protected group is ready for use.

    note: make sure your protected group has been filled with the contact correctly, because if the admin has been leave then it cannot add a contact.
