Hey I have been having a lot of mysterious problems on my phone and I can't help but think it is from the BBM channels install. How do I uninstall the beta?

You'll have to Reload OS using Link.

Similar to a security wipe so you'll have to back up the device first.

try to find sys.bbm.bar file then sideload with chrome, it will replace your bbm+channel to the original bbm without channel.

Nothing to lose if you do a backup. But i think it is easier to sideload the bbm.bar file than to wipe and do all the restore stuff that will be time consumed. Do this If you think your problem just bcoz the bbm channel.

Yeah, I am just going to do a wipe. I believe it has to do with the beta because I am having weird problems i.e. contacts disappearing, email address disappearing, Calender problems etc. I have had no issues with my phone at all untill recently. The only thing I have done is install the beta for bnm channels. No leaks, nothing. I talked to my carrier and they suggested there might be a bug or glitch in my software and recommended I do a wipe. I didn't even tell them that I installed the BBM beta file.

I reloaded my BlackBerry Software back-onto my phone and it reloaded the old BBM which is much better then the BETA at least I can get a message Until it's finalized
