I'm not a fan of the feeds for BBM on the home screen. It's definitely useful when I have a message, however, I notice it always reverts back to showing me that " _________ is now a contact". This happened 3 weeks ago, I don't need to know that I have a "new" contact anymore. It also cycles through group events that happened over a month ago!

Is there any way to get rid of feeds? I've manually hidden feeds but it still cycles through these old events/contact additions on my home screen. Restarting got rid of it for about a minute, but once the cache loaded up it came right back (see pictures for reference)

I just wish there was a way for my home screen BBM icon to only show new BBM messages. If there are no new messages, I want to see what menu within BBM I previously closed it in (i.e. group chat, contacts list, individual conversation etc...).

If not that, just a blank BBM icon would be more preferable than what it presently is! Any ideas?

    ^^What he said!^^

Especially if you're willing to just have a blank active frame. You might as well close it.

    Good luck!

That's an option...but not ideal as I like to have BBM available on the home screen. Plus there's that extra loading time when opening a closed app.

No. Not ideal. But on the other hand if you want to speed things up, you can always use the hub to respond to the messages without opening the app itself.

    Good luck!

I'm not a fan either. But at least it's not as bad as whatsapp showing your most recent conversation.

It's the best implementation ever, can't think of any other way for it plus it's really useful for many including me
