    I seem to have a problem with my bbm!
    I tried to wipe the phone so many times.
    It just won't work!

    Need help plz am starting to to hate blackberry all over again.


    I have a z10 btw tried to delete all apps and contacts and groups. Still no result.

    What exactly are you trying to accomplish? You can't delete the BBM app because it's built into the OS and if it's your BBM contacts you're looking to delete, you have to delete them manually, because they'll be restored each time you wipe the device.
