    everything works perfect when using Wi-Fi. when switched to carrier data (T-Mobile) I still can use text messages but when try to connect using voice or video chat I receiving notification check your network connection and try again.
    Any thoughts?

    I was trying to use BBM to OS 10 to IOS, I called and spoke at length with our BB direct rep. The next update to BBM should solve all the issues. The present release is Beta, and it is not a full roll out yet. The update is not to BBM OS 10, but Droid and IOS this I was told it would fix it.
