Something is wrong with my BBM. Messages come in, but I can't send messages. Also, my friends say their message to me say D but they don't change to R when I read them?

What's going on?! I've tried rebooting my phone. I've tried Settings-About-Network-Register BlackBerry. I have the BBM icon on the top right. Won't work on wifi or network.

    BBM voice also works?

    Anyone?

What carrier or country? No issues here on Rogers in Canada.

    Rogers in Toronto

Edit: Rogers said they have no clue why it isn't working when I called them.

It can't be just two people. Anyone else? Mine has not been working all morning as well.

And as I speak, all my messages just started working this second!

    Same issue here (kinda).
I recently transferred from an iPhone to a Z30.
On my iPhone BBM worked flawlessly.
Now that I am on my Z30, BBM will not send or receive messages unless I am on wifi. No BBM on carrier data is possible.
I am living in South Korea right now (carrier: KT/"olleh")
From my research so far, I believe that BlackBerry phones using os 10 do not require special data plans to function?
I have tried going to the settings->about->category/network->register BlackBerry.
All other messengers work great (Kakao, LINE, WhatsApp, Viber, etc...)
    Stuck....

If you have BBM issue and If you have installed Max Mobile Security, uninstall and resolve this issue! Perform deep reboot after uninstalling MMS.
