    Not sure as to what you need help with, do you need help setting up your BBM or are you sad you can't find anyone to BBM with you lol

    Well it's not an open chat like yahoo chat for instance. It's more direct as you and the person you chat with have to share pins. A pin is your unique identifier on the bbm network.

    Open up a test email or text message, and type in mypin. The os will automatically populate your pin number. You share that with other people who use bbm, and it'll add them as a contact.

    BBM is simply a better and instant way of messaging , instead of texting. You will see status and picture updates as well as delivery and received icons when messaging. To add a contact you need to have their pin. Then you are good to go!
