The format on my BBM changed without my updating it. I preferred the older version, cause the font was bolder. I don't have the option of changing anything. Have all formats changed? Any help will be appreciated.

Not possible...You should turn off auto updates for the App Store to prevent stuff like this from happening in the future!

Kenzo, yep I just checked. It was an automatic update, which I don't like. And I can't find where to turn off automatic updates. Too late now, the damage is done. LOL!!!

I truly wish there was a way to reverse this, cause I'm not happy with it at all. (

Ok, I just turned off automatic updates, now what can I do to get back my old BBM format, or at least make the font bolder like it was before? How do I put requests in for BB BBM?

Don't think there is anyway to get an older version of an app on iOS once it's been updated. Sorry

If you're asking how to request someone use BBM the "invite" is in the expanded menu to your bottom left on the first screen. If you're asking how to request changes to the app, you have an option under settings to report a problem or provide feedback.

Thinking out loud....if the phone was backed up in iTunes would it not revert back to the old bbm? Would like to know for my knowledge if this would work

Kathy I would recommend you not to try and find a way to switch to the previous version of BBM cause:

It can't /can be done but it's a dark road.

OK.. was just told from a friend with an iP5 if you backed up your phone to iTunes prior to the upgrade you should be able to revert back to the old bbm. I can't guarantee this will work because I don't have an iPhone so can't test it for you. Hope this helps.

    Happy New Year

I'd recommend leaving a bad review, making note of the issues (font size selection etc) and also contacting bbm support
I think there is a contact developer button on the bbm itunes page
