If you log into the appworld on a computer (desktop mode on mobile phone works as well) and then search for bbm and click the link, you can click install and it will send an update to your phone. Then go into app world(if it doesnt automatically) and the update will start.

Not 100% sure if it will work for everyone, but it did for me Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

I just downloaded the update on 10.2.1.1055, and it won't open, crashes every time I try to open it. I restarted twice already. Anyone else experience this?????? Any solutions????

You have to upgrade your OS.
BBM 10.3 does not work on 1055 and never did.
You need 10.2.1

make sure your device memory isn't too heavy. try and trsnf your media to memory card. delete any data you dont need. and if that doesnt work, try a fresh security swipe. but make sure you back up ur stuff

when i wrote bbm 2.0 i meant for android and iphone exclusively but thx i didn't know legacy devices had it. niiice!

Yes I have the same issue, if someone can send a link to the previous version at least so we can download it until we find a solution to get the latest one.

I have downloaded the update,and now BBM does not work at all,just hangs saying it cant connect to the server!!! Now useless.....anyone any idea as to how i delete it and re-install it?????Cheers.

It worked for me! Much faster. Can't test as my only BBM contact is unavailable now.
