    Sup guys & girls

So I come to this forum with another issue I can't find an answer to, after much searching.

I am trying to voice chat my girlfriend in Canada. It was working fine while she was at the hotel, but at her Uncle's house, and now at the place they have rented to go skiing the strangest thing happens.

When we voice chat, I can hear her perfectly - the connection is really good - but she can't hear anything at all.

Could this be a firewall issue?

Is there anyway to fix it?

Thanks a lot for taking your time to read this. I hope someone can give me some advice as to fixing it!

Could be a number of things from weak signal to blocked ports on the router. If her carrier allows for calls over the carrier network, I'd suggest trying that instead of WiFi.

Been there myself and sometimes, it's really hit and miss (as in, 5 minutes of perfect calls then 10 minutes of hell).

On this, I gotta give it to the PlayBook - I never have problems with audio calls over WiFi there lol.
