Hey there,

I get an location when I�am connected via wifi but when I trie to send it via BBM nothing happens...

Same on my mums phone.
One ist BB10 the other one is an Android smartphone.

Has anyone a solution to solve the problem ?

I'm in the UK and had trouble with it when I first tried it, and then it started working just fine. I'd suggest doing a restart and trying again, or just giving it a day to sort itself out. It does work.

Sometimes it shows map, but when I hit send, nothing is sent.

Not one BBM for BB10 release has worked. Must be whatever map it is trying to access, cuz used to work fine when using BlackBerry maps. Maybe they should have integrated maps into bbm.

Also check whether your location services are on in settings. Maybe that could be the issue. Or maybe you are trying somewhere satellite isn't getting your location.

Yes, nothing sends. Location services working fine, tested with Google transit.

Could be you are under a building or so which is not able to locate.

As I said, the native BB Maps app can figure out my location allright and loads it on the map as well. So it can't be related to any GPS-signal problems.

Odd..... mine didn't work from the get go.....hope they fix this, it's a feature I was really looking forward to use, plus it can really differentiate bbm front those other chat apps
