    I have a friend who just got a replacement phone and says BBM is down and he can't download it.

    I just asked another friend of mine just got an iPhone to go get it and she says she can't get it.

    What's up any ideas

    What phone is it? BBM isn't down if they cannot download it. Sounds more of an Apple store issue or an issue with internet connectivity.

    Still down for him in the USA on Verizon with IPhone 6

    So they are trying to download BBM from the store? Does it fail? Any error? Does it install?

    A Z30 would have BBM already on the device.

    I didn't ask. My buddy like I said does same thing every time he gets different phone. As for her I invited her through text or sms. She says it doesn't work.

    I'm sure if they wait it out. I just find it odd both of them.

    She probably is doing something wrong there sorry to say... I would suggest to guide them through installation and setting up a Blackberry ID.

    After speaking with my buddy he said he can't connect to server. It resolved itself later on in the afternoon.
