I have BBM for Android. My daughter-in-law has BBM for iPhone (iOS 7) and complains she has to always login. I don't know my way around iOS and am wondering if anyone has any ideas on a setting change or other corrective action. TIA. My son also has an iPhone and does not have this problem.

Any news here? I have a key contact who uses blackberry messenger on their iphone 4s w/ the latest IOS update and complains of frequently having to log in again. I have no such issues w/ an Android Galaxy Note 2 (stock). This post is the first reference I've seen to the issue ..

BBM is still not stable on iPhone. It has bugs.. I would suggest to report this problem directly to BlackBerry

Thanks for the replies. We compared settings between the two iPhones and didn't find anything different. I'm not sure how report the issue to BlackBerry.
