I'm switching back to my BB10 phone from an iPhone. BBM never logged me out correctly on my BB when I signed into BBM on my iPhone and now is unusable. Is there a way to force it to request by BBID? I've restarted the phone, deleted and re-logged into the app on my iPhone. Not sure what else to try.

I had this happen to me switching between two Z10s, I logged in to the 2nd one while my main one was off.

Luckily I had BBM Channels beta at that point on my main one, and all I did was sideload the real BBM onto it using Sachesi (force downgrade). You may want to try side loading BBM... even if it's the same version it might trigger the BBID reset/check.

Actually... before you do all that. Why don't you try re-logging into your iOS device with your BBID, but this time make sure your Z10 is ON and has data connectivity.

I did that prior. Deleted BBM on the iphone and re-installed it. Logged in thinking it would disengage my BB10 phone. No such luck

Found my old bb7 device and switched BBM to that. Still not recognized on my bb10 device.
