Hi, I do BBM video chats with a contact who is on a Playbook. If I switch to the camera on the back of my Z30 it does not auto focus so gets very fuzzy unless the subject is very close to the camera

I don't have this problem when using the front facing camera and I d not have any focusing issue with the rear camera when taking videos or pictures.

Anyone else notice this problem? I am running sw release 10.2.0.429.

The autofocus may be trying to focus on two different things, try having the subject you are broadcasting (the kids???) wave or something like that to get the autofocus to key in on them. Also there is a software update that is coming very soon that may help, version 10.2.1 is on the verge of being released. Perhaps this has updates to the camera software?

I am hoping the OS update fixes this. When using the rear camera in BBM video nothing changes the focusing. Using the camera in any other context does not have this problem for me.
