    To my disappointment I've learned that when one email's a BBM chat:

    1) There are no Timestamps listed in the emailed conversation thread.
    How does one know what time who said what? Dumb, Dumb, Dumb!

    2) Any photographs included in the conversation thread are not included in the email.
    If a photograph or image is included in the original BBM chat, the email version will list the sender's name (no Timestamp - see #1) and a blank line.

    For lack of a better word, the omission of these two basic features is: "Wack"!

    If the "Email (BBM) Chat" is to be a serious option, I'd like to see a true 'Transcript Like' rendering of the conversations. Otherwise, scrap this feature in its current form.

    An example of a useful "Email (BBM) Chat" transcript:
    12/26/13 @ 14:33 John Doe: This is what I wrote
    12/26/13 @ 15:00 Frank Smiley: This is what the other guy wrote
    12/26/13 @ 15:20 John Doe: (Picture Sent - attached)

    Although I can see that as something that might happen in the future, I'm really not sure why it is all that important.

    BlackBerry beta zone isn't just for betas... it's also a features suggestion. and they have taken user feedback based on this. It's one of the big reasons why answering calls as changed for BB10 on 10.2.1

    Good point. He should make the suggestion over there. But that shouldn't him from posting here.
