    I just get this BB, after update BBM, this is the continuous msg I receive when enter BBM "Backup is corrupted, try restore......", has uninstalled and installed a thousand times, even delete folders/files from root, still same msg, any help would be highly appreciated.

    Welcome to CrackBerry! It is more so the OS is corrupted, are you able to do a wipe and reload of the OS?

    Did the wipe out, reinstall BBM, but negative procedure, keeps hanging, from "Setting up BBM".
    How to reload OS?
