after awhile when i go on my contact list all my contacts display pictures and names disappear and I'm left with just a 'dummy contact' anyone who sends me a message i can't see it and it doesn't let me start a multi person chat or broadcast cause no contact shows up on the contact list

I've even tried making a new blackberry ID which gave me a new pin and contact list, it worked for a bit then just did the same and the only way i can see all my contacts again is if i reinstall the app but then all the chats disappear.
